Newsmax TV, owned and operated by Newsmax, is an American conservative television channel dedicated to political opinion-based talk shows. The network operates under a news/talk format throughout the day and night with documentaries and films featured on weekends; especially after 2020 US presidential election when news coverage focused on conspiracy theories alleging voter fraud was rapid growth-promoting phenomenon.

Christopher Ruddy, American journalist and Newsmax CEO, initiated this channel, which first premiered on June 16, 2014 to 35 million satellite subscribers through DirecTV and Dish Network. By May 2019, it had expanded to reach approximately 75 million cable homes as well as providing streaming and digital media player/mobile device availability. Newsmax's primary studio location for broadcast is Manhattan East Side in New York City while there are additional offices located in Boca Raton Florida as well as Washington D.C.

Newsmax TV takes a conservative political stance, featuring programs hosted by media personalities with similar viewpoints. CEO Christopher Ruddy has likened Newsmax TV to Fox News; former Fox News Channel hosts such as Greg Kelly, Rob Schmitt, Bob Sellers and Heather Childers have joined their ranks at Newsmax TV since August 2020 when their contract at other networks expired due to allegations of sexual harassment or otherwise. According to The Washington Post in August 2020, Newsmax serves as "landing spot for cable news personalities seeking new homes", such as Mark Halperin and Bill O'Reilly after their departures due to allegations.
