France Info, a French domestic rolling news channel, launched online broadcasts at 6 pm on 31 August 2016 on its Web platform and TV broadcasts started 1 September at 8:00 p.m on most operators, as well as TNT (digital terrestrial television) whereas TNT Sat and Canal+ began later that same month.

France Info brings together France Televisions, Radio France, France Medias Monde (which includes France 24), and Institut national de l'audiovisuel (INA). France Info also has its own global news service with France Info's name being shared among these networks as a news provider that integrates these channels and website together - starting from 06.00 on weekday mornings all the way until 1 am at night simulcasting France 24 overnight with 24-hour rewindability available via YouTube (live and recorded version available) as well as web.
